The overall objective of the Board of Directors is to enhance the quality of the living environment and protect home values by maintaining architectural standards and setting rules of conduct.
Serving two year terms, the seven elected Board members meet twice monthly throughout most of the year to oversee the ongoing operation and management of the community. Owners are encouraged to attend the monthly open meeting, ask questions, and give feedback to the Board.
The Crew Manager, Jim has been with Coburn Woods since 2017. He has been snowplowing since he was a teenager and his favorite thing to do is outdoor sports.
Rich is Coburn Woods' most loyal employee - he has been working for the association since 2009! He enjoys having bonfires in the summer.
The crew of Coburn Woods work full time to manage weekly trash & recycling pickups while keeping the pools, roads, lights, signs, mailboxes, and heavy machinery in good working order as well as handling seasonal brush removal and snow plowing.
If you see them out and about on the property, give them a friendly wave!
